CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Mar. 22, 2016) - Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Brian Rosete, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, organizes heavy duty chains on the container lot in the U.S. Naval Chinhae Facility, Mar. 22. The chains will be used to stabilize and secure a 4,200- pound triple container (TRICON), which will sit atop a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) 25.
