German medical soldiers evacuate an international soldier, role player, with simulated gunshot wounds from the battlefield using a collapsible handle litter during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care course that included multinational soldiers from NATO countries attending the International Special Training Centre's, Train the Trainer course. Half the participants learn tactical combat casualty care and the other half learn to teach the combat casualty course.
