Just out side the walls of FOB Diamondback, there is a sports complex that has just been refurbished by the Mosul Olympic committee with the assistance of the 172nd Brigade Support Battalions Civil affairs team. A major part of the rehabilitation of the complex was to reopen two in ground pools that had been negated and in need of many repairs to become useable again.
