Two German soldiers, role players, with simulated gunshot wounds are hoisted onto the Black Hawk helicopter using a Breeze Eastern external hoist during Tactical Combat Casualty Care course that included multinational soldiers from NATO countries attending the International Special Training Centre's Train the Trainer course, where half the participants learn tactical combat casualty care and the other half learn to teach the combat casualty course.
