German medical soldiers prepare an international soldier, role player, with simulated gunshot wounds for evacuation from the battlefield using a Sked rescue system during Tactical Combat Casualty Care course that included multinational soldiers from NATO countries attending the International Special Training Centre's Train the Trainer course, where half the participants learn tactical combat casualty care and the other half learn to teach the combat casualty course.
