POINT LOMA, Calif. (March 18, 2016) RP1 Smith, assigned to Naval Base Point Loma, reads the story of USMC Sgt. Rafael Peralta. More than 100 chief petty officers and first class petty officers from the San Diego area met at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery to learn about the history and legacy of various Sailors and Marines who served their country and are now buried at Point Loma.
