Troopers assigned to Archer Battery, Field Artillery Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, along with German Soldiers from the 131st German Artillery Battalion, stand at an observation point overlooking a firing range during their unit's Artillery Systems Cooperation Activities (ASCA) at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, located near Rose Barracks, Germany, Mar. 16, 2016.
