160316-N-DQ503-065 ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 16, 2016) –Sailors prepare to send towing hawser from the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) to the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) during a towing exercise.
