SINGAPORE (March 13, 2016) - Singaporean residents from the Yishun and Sembawang districts carry an array of newly acquired umbrellas as they return to their buses after attending the 2016 World Water Day celebration held at the Lower Seletar Resrvoir, March 13, 2016. The umbrellas were prizes awarded by Navy Region Center Singapore for competing in a ball-toss game at the NRCS display booth. The NRCS Environmental Department team showcased water conservation techniques used throughout its own installation by displaying charts and images of its cross-connection backflow prevention system and its annual main line flushing program.
