JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON (March 11, 2016) – Cmdr. Michael Briggs (lt.), former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by Capt. John Lewis, commodore, Navy Recruiting Region West, during a change of command ceremony held at Anderson Hall, Medical Education and Training Campus.
