New York Army National Guard Sgt. Victor Adu demonstrates how to eat an MRE ration to two Long Island employers who took part in an "boss lift" sponsored by the 642nd Aviation support Battalion and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program at Rocky Point Natural Resource Center in Rocky Point, N.Y., on Saturday, March 12. The "bosses" met at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Ronkonkoma and took part in an orientation flight on board a UH-60 from the 3rd Battalion 142nd Aviation and A CH-47 assigned to Company B, 3rd Battalion, 126th Aviation, over New York City, before observing training on the ground.
