ARABIAN GULF (March 7, 2016) Lt. Cmdr. Todd Mallory, chaplain for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) studies on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24). Arlington is part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 26th MEU, is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
