    SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 10, 2016) The U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) makes its initial approach to the dry cargo and ammunitions ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE-10) for a replenishment at sea.
