(Mar. 04, 2016) - Machinist's Mate 1st Class Travan Tagaloa, from Duluth, Minn., assigned to USS Louisiana (SSBN 743) (Gold), gives his son the first hug during the boat's homecoming at Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor.
