The 4th Engineer Battalion LT's group together to conduct a thorough before and weekly PMCS of a M998 HMMWV. The PMCS was one of several stations junior officers had to complete during a 24-hour leader certification exercise dubbed "Vanguard Forge" that included an eight-mile ruck march, LAND NAV, weapons knowledge, and other leader tasks.
