160307-N-WJ640-106 GWANGYANG, South Korea—Boatswains Mate 2nd Class Quadre Phillips, attached to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 1 out of Williamsburg, Va., assists in guiding a cargo platform during a training exercise on board dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Sacagawea (T-AKE 2), March 7. The Sacagawea was one of three MPF ships that offloaded her cargo in support of Exercise Ssang Yong 16 (SY16), under the Exercise Freedom Banner 2016 directive. FB16, a Navy and Marine Corps deployment and offload/backload exercise that is nestled within SY16, brought multiple commands together to offload Maritime Prepositioning Force ships.
