Master Chief Petty Officer Kimberly Mcloud presents a plaque to Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Lind on behalf of the 8th District Chief's Mess for his selection as the 8th District Reserve Enlisted Person of the Year, March 4, 2016.
The 8th District Enlisted Person of the Year Award is a district-wide award, which honors the top-performing enlisted member. After the award, the recipient is then submitted to compete in the Coast Guard Reserves Enlisted Person of the Year Award, which selects the top-performing member out of the Coast Guard.
