Staff Sgt. Keyon Gaddis, an aeromedical technician from the 455th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, guides in equipment in preparation for an aeromedical mission from Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Feb. 29, 2016. The 455th EAES is the only aeromedical evacuation capability in Afghanistan, providing operational support and en route medical care to injured U.S. and coalition forces from the area of responsibility to the point of definitive care.
