A paratrooper from 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, makes an adjustment to his night vision goggle during a night air assault mission, Fort Pickett, Va., Feb. 29. The unit's home station is Fort Bragg, N.C., but thanks to rotary-wing support from the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, the paratroopers are able to project combat power even further from Bragg.
