DURHAM, N.C. (Feb. 25, 2016) Sonar Technician Surface 1st Class Roland Swain, recruiter, Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Raleigh, is awarded with the Centurion Award by Chief of Naval Personnel, Vice Adm. Bill Moran, Rear Adm. Jeffrey W. Hughes, commander, Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) and Cmdr. Chris Dickerson, commanding officer of NRC Raleigh during a visit at Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Raleigh. NRD Raleigh consists of approximately 270 personnel, in 54 Stations and 3 MEPS across North Carolina, South Carolina and a small part of Georgia.
