Petty Officer 2nd Class Brendon Ballard, attached to USCGC Sequoia (WLB 215), homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, is one of the final members of Sequoia’s collateral duty dive locker and following the disestablishment of Sequoia’s dive locker, he will transfer to Regional Dive Locker Pacific in Honolulu.
