NORFOLK, Va. (Feb. 25, 2016) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Andrew Black (left) and Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Cortleigh Sturdevant prepare and lay out medical equipment for a mass casualty drill held aboard amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1). The drill, which consisted of Sailors from Wasp, Fleet Surgical Team (FST) 8, FST 6, FST 2, and actors from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, was done for the Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and evaluated by Surface Force Atlantic (SURFLANT) to test the ships ability to do surgery.
