Jeff Ruth, a Key West, Fla., native serving as commander, Navy Region Northwest (CNRNW), receives a standing ovation when introduced to the Washington House of Representatives during Olympia Navy Day at the Washington State Legislative Building. The visit was arranged and coordinated through CNRNW's annual visit to the Capitol Campus with commanding officers and master chiefs from tenant commands throughout the region to meet with state officials for a continuing resolution with the U.S. Navy.
