The RACE is a new program designed to accelerate the West Point application process for Soldiers that consists of a Candidate Fitness Assessment test, medical screenings, ensuring all transcripts are requested and that all other required documents are completed by the chain of command, a process that can sometimes take Soldiers months to complete.
