The 912th HRC, Plts. 5 and 8 are from Miami, Fla. and will deploy to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to perform postal operations missions. The Yellow Banner ceremony is a tradition at ASA JB MDL for mobilizing units. Each mobilizing unit receives a Yellow Banner which is displayed at Infantry Park as a symbol of the community's commitment to service members who deploy into combat.
