Dr. Sorin Lungu, Professor at National Defense University, was one of several guest speakers at the Force Development 25 Innovation Symposium. The two day event featured nearly two-hundred innovative and disruptive thinkers from across the Department of Defense and academia who addressed the Marine Corps' challenges of future warfare and creating a learning organization that is more open to innovation across the force.
