AT1 Richard Walsh, a member of the Chief of Naval Operations Rapid Innovation Cell, was a keynote speaker at the Force Development 25 Innovation Symposium. For two days innovative and disruptive thinkers from across the Department of Defense and academia addressed the Marine Corps' challenges of future warfare and creating a learning organization that is more open to innovation.
