Retired Marine Corps BGen Frank Kelley, now the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Unmanned Systems, joined nearly two-hundred other innovative thinkers from across the Department of Defense and academia at the Force Development 25 Innovation Symposium. For two days, symposium participants addressed Marine Corps challenges of future warfare and creating a learning organization that is more open to innovation.
