Dr. Williamson "Wick" Murray, historian and author and currently the Ambassador Anthony D. Marshall Chair of Strategic Studies at Marine Corps University, talks about the Navy and Marine Corps' history of innovation. Innovative thinkers from across the Department of Defense and academia joined the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Futures Directorate for the Force Development 25 Innovation Symposium. For two days, symposium participants addressed challenges of future warfare and creating a learning organization that is more open to innovation.
