Lily Daniels, a public affairs officer assigned to U.S. Fleet Forces Command, discusses a whale wheel with a child at the “Stewards of the Sea: Defending Freedom, Protecting the Environment” exhibit during the Norfolk Public Schools’ 12th Annual District Science Fair at Nauticus, the National Maritime Center.
