A Marine with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 1, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, inflates a balloon which will be tethered to a communication relay system during Integrated Training Exercise 2-16 aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., Feb. 13, 2016.
