David Lewis, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) commander, participate in a panel discussion, "How Do We Deliver the Capabilities to the Warfighters When They Need Them?" during WEST 2016, a three-day conference co-sponsored by Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and U.S. Naval Institute (USNI). Selby described the value of the human connection between engineers and warfighters and the need to be more agile and nimble in combining technologies.
