PANAMA CITY, Fla. (Feb. 17, 2016) Master Chief Navy Diver Steve Mulholland, command master chief at the Center for Explosive Ordinance Disposal and Diving (CEODD) and Capt. Jim Beene, commanding officer of CEODD, attach the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Training Excellence Award (TEA) pennant to the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center's halyard. The NETC TEA, also known as the "Blue Burgee" was awarded to CEODD after demonstrating superior performance among NETC training environments for calendar year 2015.
