CHESAPEAKE, Va. (Feb. 18, 2016) Fire Controlman 1st Class Carl LaTorre is reunited with his miniature dachshund, Rocky, after returning from a six-month deployment. LaTorre met his volunteer boarders through Dogs on Deployment, a non-profit organization created by Navy and Marine Corps couple Lt. Shawn Johnson and his wife, Capt.
