(Feb. 18, 2016) Katie Roberts and Electronics Technician 2nd Class Dane Saunders, both volunteer pet boarders, wait for miniature dachshund Rocky's owner, Fire Controlman 1st Class Carl LaTorre, who just returned from a six-month deployment. LaTorre met his volunteer boarders through Dogs on Deployment, a non-profit organization created by Navy and Marine Corps couple Lt. Shawn Johnson and his wife, Capt.
