Sgt. Jacob Conrad (right), active duty military police Soldier with the 289th MP Company, belonging to the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), conducts his early-morning vehicle inspection before going on patrol along with U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 200th MP Command in the Military District of Washington, Feb. 17. Their joint partnership is part of a pilot program that began in early February, placing Army Reserve Soldiers on active duty orders for three weeks while working at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Lesley J.
