Charles Ham of 1192nd Engineer Company, 101st Engineer Battalion, from Christi, Texas, hauls dirt in a 2.5-yard loader to level an area for a new road to the detention facility on Forward Operating Base Taji Jan. 8. The 1192nd Engineer Company is assisting the Corps of Engineers in this project, which will be complete before the facility is turned over to the Iraqi army.
