A group of Royal Thai service members inspect a MV-22 Osprey during a noncombatant evacuation demonstration as part of exercise Cobra Gold 16 at Utapao, Thailand, February 17, 2016. During the demonstration U.S. Marines set up an Osprey for partner nations to view and tour while the other services exercised noncombatant evacuation capabilities. The Osprey brings a combination of fixed-wing and traditional rotor aircraft to the toolbox during a natural disaster or evacuation type situation. Cobra Gold is a multi-national exercise designed to advance cooperation capabilities between participating nations and preserve and promote peace in the Asia-Pacific region. The Osprey is with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. William Hester/ Released)
