    Iraqi soldiers assigned to the Nineveh Operations Command (NOC) simulate searching an enemy combatant during Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) training at Camp Taji, Iraq, Jan. 24, 2016. LOAC training educates NOC soldiers on the rules of engagement in their continuous fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. The curriculum at building partner capacity sites includes: leadership, ethics and law of war training and instruction.
