    An Iraqi soldier assigned to the Nineveh Operations Command fires his M16 rifle during a zeroing range at Camp Taji, Iraq, Jan. 21, 2016. Task Group Taji conducted the range to improve the soldier’s basic marksmanship skills. The curriculum at building partner capacity sites includes: leadership, ethics and law of war training and instruction.
