Master Sgt. Amy Hartman, 379th Expeditionary Medical Group Mental Health Clinic noncommissioned officer in charge, meets with a service member before the Cross Fit Undisclosed Suicide Awareness Workout at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Feb. 6. Hartman provided relaxation tools to service members such as playaways and sleep masks. She also provided information on how to prevent anxiety, depression and suicide.
