Master Sgt. Amy Hartman, 379th Expeditionary Medical Group Mental Health Clinic noncommissioned officer in charge, meets with Chief Master Sgt. Thomas Good, 379th Air Expeditionary Wing command chief, before the Cross Fit Undisclosed Suicide Awareness Workout at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Feb. 6. Hartman provided relaxation tools to service members such as playaways and sleep masks. She also provided information on how to prevent anxiety, depression and suicide. Good joined more than 100 service members for the event, which was designed to bring more attention to Comprehensive Airmen Fitness with a focus on suicide prevention.
