160210-N-WA993-013 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 9, 2016) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Airman Mal Porties, left, from Detroit, and Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Jose Guevara, from Coolidge, Ariz., install a non-collapsible hose in a firefighting station in the hangar bay of the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The hose is used to expel aqueous film forming foam. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
