Pfc. Christopher Rios (left), and Pvt. Jarvis Williams, both cannon crew members assigned to C Battery, Field Artillery Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment make adjustments while emplacing an M777 A2 towed Howitzer before life fire gunnery qualification tables, Feb. 9, in Torun, Poland. As part of a multifaceted mission, C Battery rapidly deployed from Vilseck, Germany within 96 hours of notification for their Exercise Dragoon Shock. Once in Torun, C Battery set up in the town square for a community engagement static display before conducting gunnery. This certification will qualify the unit to support live fire exercises alongside 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment in Lithuania.
