U.S. Army Capt. Mark McKinney assigned to 1st Sustainment Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, issues ballistic vests to Iraqi soldiers with Nineveh Operation Command at Camp Taji, Iraq, Jan. 14, 2016. Before Iraqi Security Forces begin training at the building partner capacity sites, they will be biometrically enrolled in the course, then issued their basic equipment for training.
