VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Feb. 4, 2016) - Sailors and civilians assigned to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) along with the Virginia Beach Police Department participate in an active shooter training exercise on board Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Feb. 4, as part of the annual Exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield 2016.
