PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 02, 2016) - Helicopter control officers ensure the safety of an MH-60R Seahawk helicopter as it takes off from the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106). Providing a combat-ready force to protect collective maritime interests, Stockdale, assigned to the Stennis strike group, is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment.
