Joseph Aucoin, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, to students at the college where Aucoin delivered a speech about security, stability and prosperity in the Indo-Asia-Pacific. The JMSDF Command and Staff College equips senior officers with expertise in military education and research. Seventh Fleet is the U.S. Navy's largest numbered fleet and interacts with 35 other maritime nations to build partnerships that foster maritime security, promote stability, and prevent conflict.
