NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 1, 2016) -- Capt. Matthew McNally, dental officer aboard Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), places a dental bib on Cmdr. Robert Jones, Ford's chaplain.
