Mike Steffen, Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base Commanding Officer, responds to questions asked by members of the Dallas/Fort Worth media during the installation's first Exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield (SCCS 2016) Media Day. The event took place during an active-shooter training exercise and allowed media to observe and record building evacuation efforts, military working dog procedures and emergency medical personnel response to role-playing "victims."
